I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Arizona in May of 1995.  Currently, I practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Spiritual Director and Craniosacral Therapist in Tucson, Green Valley & Sahuarita.

   Over the past 20 years I have been assisting clients, both human and animal, professionally to gain the wisdom of their inner selves through bodywork, Energy Medicine and Spiritual Direction.  I work with individuals as well as facilitate workshops in Reiki, Reflexology and Energy Medicine.  I believe in the power of the natural world and our inner intuition to bring healing into our lives.

    I currently serve on the Board of Directors for Tacheria Interfaith School of Spiritual Direction where I graduated from in 2011.
